There are a number of dates during the year when returns are due to be filed or payments are due to be paid. Also, there are dates when the Government of Canada pay credits or benefits to you. The site below gives you a full listing of these important dates:

Corporate Tax filers

Corporations have different rules than personal tax filers.  For example, a corporate tax return should be filed no later than six months after its 'fiscal year end'.   A corporation with a fiscal year end of March 31, 2009 would be required to file their corporate tax return no later than September 30, 2009. 

T5 information must be submitted prior to March 1 every year no matter the fiscal year end period.
